UPDATE (3/1/07):
On February 1, 2006 the Los Angeles Superior Court granted final approval to the settlement. However, one class member has objected to the settlement, and has filed an appeal. The parties anticipate that the Court of Appeal will rule on the matter by the end of 2007. Until the Court of Appeal does rule, no action can be taken to distribute the settlement funds.
